TCC sensor on 2000 Honda Prelude?

We have recently had our transmission worked on. The check engine light keeps coming on. We took it to Autozone and they said it was reading TCC. Which is something to do with torque convertor. Well we bring it back to shop and they say ok it is good to go and the light comes back on. I do not know why.. We took it back to shop again!! Just wondered if anyone has experienced this and if so what the heck is the deal? Thanks so much
