Who should we write to get the world's attention about the situation in Sri Lanka?

Democracy in Sri Lanka is being continuously and brutally attacked in Sri Lanka. After a rigged election , they are now curbing all forms of information, opinion and freedom of expression. What organisations/entities should we address our pleas for help and intervention?
