What do i do the father of my child jut order a petition against me to keep the child i have full custody ?

im leaving to TN to pursure my career in the army to become an officer, and to be with my fiance. i told the father of my child i was leaving 60 days in advance, he than went to go get a petition against me and a restraining order against me until our court day on wednesday.. he is upset cause im leaving and he is afraid he will never see his son, he is asking the court for primary conserveter. i fear he told the lawyer i was an unfit mother .. i am not i just got back from AIT training and have been gone since last year of october. i dont know what to do. im going to get a lawyer. i need to know if he can geographic restrict me to staying here, when ive already have orders to transfer to a base in TN. and im afraid he will get the primary custodail.
