This is an outstanding matchup here between the Explosive Thin man and the very tough hard punching Chavez. I would want Arguello to win because he's one of the cliest men to ever set foot in a boxing ring but I believe that Chavez would be too much for him. Nonetheless, this would be a good fight and a close one. Arguello was a precision puncher and rarely threw wasted punches preserving his energy. Chavez is the better body puncher in this fight and work on the inside effectively against Arguello. There would be a lot of great toe to toe exchanges and this fight would come down to the last few rounds with Chavez landing a higher volume of punches and earning the split decision in a truly great fight.
