Is it normal for your 2 yr old child to insert raw bacon in to his bottom? He doesn't do it with anything else?

I saw an edition of This Morning a few years ago when a caller asked a similar question to Doctor Hilary. I can't find a link to it on google ("this morning bacon " gives me a link to a girl called Sarah's Blog and an article about McDonald's Bacon and Cheese Angus - neither of these are what in need). If anyone could help then Icertainlyertianly put my mind at rest.
