Where and when would we be able to view the Pisces constellation?

Pisces is in the sky right now in the evenings. It is easy to find - for northern hemisphere observers look in the western sky around 10pm. The improbably bright star you see there is the planet Venus which is currently in Pisces. The distance to Pisces is an irrelevance - it is an area of sky rather than an object. Each object in it is at a different distance.
