Crampring while sleeping? is this a sign of miscarriage?

When I was pregnant (I had a miscarriage and d&c done on July 1st.) I used to feel a very heavy cramping while I was sleeping. It happened, as I remember, 2 or 3 days and one time each. I dont know if this was a sign bec i need discussed it with my doctor.
