Racing a crf250r in the heat?

Hi I have a race this Saturday in arizona. The temperature in supposed to be 116 degrees. I have a 2007 crf250r wit haa works connection skid plate on it. Should I race or will this hurt the bike? Will this wear down on the engine and make it so it can not cool down in time? Will this do anything bad to the bike and do you think my engine will blow up. I race the 250beginnerr but I am still riding hard and jumping 100 feet. Thanks I will pick a best answer
