I get freaked out by this?

I recently turned 17. I have not told too many people about this, but i've seen ghost, demons [[the creepiest feeling ever]] and things of that nature, mainly when i was younger but i still get some every once in a while, i mainly feel their presence. i know this is weird, i don't want it i just have it. I was in my yard one day and i just have this horrible feeling feel me and i looke up and across the street and there was this huge black outline of a person smiling evily [[idk if that's a word..actually it's not but sitll]] and i have seen good spirts in where i see them and a calm rush feels me. it freaks me out.They has been multiple dreams of natural disasters and within a course of four months, it happens agian but in real life. And also i have these i guess predicitons, like for instance one day i remember a guys name pop into my head, and all day it kept coming into my head. and later my grandmother called and was saying how a distant friend of hers' step son died. And that was his name. I have never heard his name before. and i have these dreams in which i see people and the next day i will meet this person or i will have a dream of my friend having a new phone and she'll tell me her number and then the next week, in reality, she got a new phone with the exact number as in my dreams. The closest a i guess ghost got to me is one night i was dreaming that there was a little girl in my room, in the dream my room was empty except dolls everywhere, she said she was looking for her doll. i was helping her find it, i woke up to the feeling of something touching me , there was a little girl playing with my hair and before i sat up she was gone. And then when i was twelve my brother and sister law was expecting. Before a month into it he called to talk to me, i told him "It's going to be twins. One boy and one girl." everyone laughed....they soon found out with the next dr. vist they had two heartbeats. a few months later they found out one was a boy, the dr. couldn't see the other one well enough but said the chances are that it is a boy as well....i told them once agian it was a little girl. They laughed and said it would be a boy. Within the next month or so they found out that the other one was a girl. Then one night i was taking a nap. I had a dream and my niece and nephew [[the twins]] were about three. and we were at my grandmothers house. in the dreams the twins were laughing and giggling. I saw what they looked like. then suddenly they got quite "We're gonna go now. We're going to sleep. I love you and night. Can you tuck us in pleeeaaaseee." "But it's so early " i laughed to them but took them to the hall they led me into my old grannys room, it is said from everyone who's entered her house that they feel things in there before this, and i have seen people in that room so in other words it's haunted. They climed into the bed and snuggled up. And they said night night i love you. I woke up to the house phone ringing. ,My mom answered it, and my sis in law had just found out that she had a miscarriage, being 7months along she still had to have a still birth...when the babies came out they looked exactly how i saw them in my dreams, these things freak me out. And i am scared to tell people, because obviously it is freaky and also i feel like it's my fault the twins died...in my dream i could have told them not to go to bed....if they would have just stayed awake....so could anyone explain what this is. and i am not making any of this up. please take it serious.
