Help me with my breakfast? 10 points!?

i would go with kashi! it's great for you. it has 7 whole grains. Whole grains are good for you, they are the little seeds found in wheat. Whole grains help cholesterol. Whole grains are rich in fiber and vitamins and in minerals. Kashi has protein and lots of fiber, you cannot find all these benefits in your normal breakfast. Bran flakes are not a good choice because they taste like cardboard and they are not as healthy as Kashi is. Multi-grain cheerios is the next best because it has lot's of whole grains too!
