How do you say "Could you please repeat" in Japanese?

I have a speaking test tomorrow, and I'm wondering how I would ask the teacher to repeat the question in Japanese, i.e. "Could you please repeat the question?" or "Pardon?". Basically, whatever would be the most polite and correct way to ask to hear the question again. Thanks!
