Can you describe for me the area of San Bernardino, Caracas, Venezuela? I will be living in this area soon.?

San Bernardino is located within the Great Caracas area. Its located on the west (though eastwards) side of Caracas. It is near the Avila mountain. It used to be a great neighborhood to live in. Many Jewish settle there many years ago, though many have since move away from San Bernardino toward Los Chorros or out of the country. The lower part of San Bernardino its not a place I would choose to live in. The upper part, maybe. Generally speaking it is well or centrally located, with several good access roads.
