Please Help!!!!!!!!! What is the Imagery that is being created in this poem!!!!!!?

My goodness! Someone who hollers "press" is actually a reporter and this one is trying to cover a story about an execution. But the reporter is repeatedly mistaken for someone else. Being called "padre" means the reporter is mistaken for the priest who is called in to take the last-minute confession of the condemned prisoner. Having the hood put over his or her face means the reporter has been mistaken for the condemned prisoner! So the reporter is about to be hanged in the last sentence! That, my dear, is the imagery. It's about as graphic as it gets!
