Can Banks Legally Charge you Fees if your unemployed?

First may I say how sorry I am for your problems. But you have to appreciate that business people like banks, shops, bus companies etc cant change their ways just because you have a problem. I'm hoping you have parents are close friends who can help you out during this low time in your life.
