3 month Chi-poos - Chihuahua x Poodle?

hi can someone help me please i have a chi-poos with 103. fever but the vet said just to give him aspirin she is eating well and drinking water also, she has all her vaccine but i don't know if she was the one or my Maltese 5 month puppy with did poos yellow slimy and smelly ..but both have their current vaccine can some one please let me know what do you thing please serious people please..thanks lori
